005 — Questions
The price Kept sets is exactly what's shown — we don't add anything on top. Prices are in NZD and tax is included where applicable. Payments are processed by our provider Paddle, which bills from overseas. Because of that, most NZ banks add a small international / currency-conversion fee (typically ~1.85–2.5%), which appears on your card statement — it goes to your bank, not to Kept.
If you're not happy within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Email hello@kept.build and we'll process it through Paddle. Refunds typically appear on your card within 3–5 business days.
Paddle is our payment provider and merchant of record — they handle checkout, tax and card processing on our behalf, so you'll see "Paddle" on your card statement alongside Kept.
Yes. Cancel from Your account → Manage billing at any time. Your record stays with you either way — cancelling stops future charges, it doesn't delete anything you've captured.
